Hi there!

My name is Lisa Richter, an architectural designer that got hooked on the user research side of things and turned to Product Design. If you speak Enneagram, I’m a seven- The Enthusiast. If you’ve got five minutes, I can run a mile before that time is up. If you know anything about curly hair, you know humidity is not my friend.

I'm passionate about creating value-based solutions that improve outcomes. I am forever a champion for workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaboration efforts whenever possible.

I am currently working remote at ShiftKey, a technology company that connects healthcare facilities with licensed professionals through a scheduling platform that allows workers to choose shifts based on their availability.

Outside of my day job, I enjoy running, swimming, and cycling. I am currently writing, illustrating, and querying an agent for my first children’s picture book. I love spending hours in the garden and my sunroom tending to my jungle of plants. And at the end of the day, you’ll find me and my husband, Matt, playing with our son Theo and our two dogs, Ruby and Piper, and cat, Leo.
